IRCs include certifications in fields such as healthcare, automotive technology, welding, and fire/EMT, providing students with valuable credentials valuable credentials acknowledged by employers, enhancing their job readiness and marketability in various fields. Students also gain hands-on experience through internships, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings, build professional networks, and develop practical skills. Additionally, students can earn dual credit through partnerships with local colleges, allowing them to gain both high school and college credits simultaneously. Articulated credit agreements enable students to receive college credits for courses completed at Cass Career Center, further facilitating a smooth transition to postsecondary education and training programs.
