Welcome to the Cass Career Center's Outdoor Pavilion

We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new outdoor pavilion, a versatile and elegant venue that can adapt to your unique event needs. Join us as we celebrate its grand opening on October 3, 2024, from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. This special ceremony will feature a ribbon-cutting and inspiring remarks from our school officials and student representatives. Light refreshments will be served, making it a delightful morning to remember.

 

A Brief History

The Cass Career Center Outdoor Pavilion was established in 2024 as a community-driven project to create a versatile space for educational and community events. Thanks to the generosity and support of the Harrisonville School Board and our donors, this pavilion has become a marque addition to our campus, offering a venue for school events, gatherings, and celebrations.

This pavilion represents our commitment to enriching our students' experiences and fostering strong community connections.

To request a reservation for the Cass Career Center Outdoor Pavilion:

2. Submit a Reservation Request: Complete the Pavilion Reservation Form [here] with your preferred date, time, and a brief description of your event.

3. Approval Process: Our team will review your request and respond within three business days to confirm your reservation and provide any additional details.

4. Reservation Fee: A nominal fee may be required to cover maintenance and setup costs. Specific expenses will be provided upon approval but the fee schedule can be found [here].
